For fifteen years I worked as an Oncology Nurse. Through diagnoses, through treatment, through loss, through a global pandemic that asked everything of everyone in healthcare \u2014 I was there. Present. Feeling it all.

The truth is I felt too much. Not as a figure of speech \u2014 I mean I felt my patients’ pain, their fear, their grief, as though it were my own. What I didn’t know then was that this had a name. Clairempathy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of a set of intuitive gifts I’d carried my whole life without a framework to understand them. When I finally understood what was happening, I also understood why I couldn’t stay. I didn’t have the tools to process it all and it was slowly dismantling me.
Leaving nursing was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. It was also one of the most important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What came next changed everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the year 2025 I had a stroke. A few months later I had a cardiac procedure to close a hole in my heart that had been there since birth. Somewhere in between those two moments \u2014 and in the quiet, difficult space they created \u2014 I understood something I hadn’t fully understood before. The body speaks. And if we’re willing to listen, it tells us exactly what needs to be released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That’s what 369 Reiki is built on.
I’m trained in Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki and Celestine White Emperor Reiki \u2014 a lineage I was gifted and that continues to shape my practice in ways I’m still discovering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I work with energy, frequency and vibration \u2014 not as abstract concepts, but as living, tangible forces I have felt in my own body and witnessed transform the lives of my clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The name 369 comes from Nikola Tesla, who believed these three numbers held a key to understanding the universe. I believe that too. Every session I offer is rooted in that understanding \u2014 that we are not broken things to be fixed, but frequency beings returning to coherence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the heart of everything I offer is a philosophy I call Quantum Fusion Reiki \u2014 my own original synthesis of Reiki lineages, quantum field principles, and the understanding that healing operates beyond the boundaries of time, space and the physical body. The quantum field is not separate from us. We are expressions of it. When we work at that level \u2014 where frequency meets consciousness and intention meets energy \u2014 transformation becomes not just possible but inevitable. This philosophy underpins every session, every treatment, every attunement I offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside Reiki healing I work with crystal therapy \u2014 stones selected for their specific vibrational properties, placed to support the body’s own healing intelligence. I weave Solfeggio healing frequencies into sessions \u2014 ancient tonal frequencies including 369Hz, 693Hz and 963Hz, deepening the energetic work and supporting cellular healing from the inside out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also offer a The Illuminating Gua Sha Reiki Facial \u2014 a sacred fusion of the ancient Chinese healing art of Gua Sha with Reiki energy work, using crystal tools to work simultaneously on the physical and energetic body. Releasing facial tension, stimulating lymphatic flow, moving stagnant energy through the meridians. The results are visible. And felt \u2014 not just in the face but in the whole field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I work from Bonnyrigg in Midlothian \u2014 1.2 miles from Rosslyn Chapel, which sits on the ancient Michael-Mary ley line, known in Scotland as the Rose Line. This is the same energetic current that connects sacred sites across the British Isles and flows north to south through the landscape I call home. This isn’t incidental to my practice. The same frequency that runs beneath one of the world’s most mysterious and sacred buildings runs beneath the ground where I work every day. I feel it. My clients feel it.
